Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Velocity Gaming Ltd, the licensed operator of the Forza Bet Coins gambling services offered via the website forzabed.com ("Site") to customers located in Great Britain. By registering an account, accessing, or using any products or services on forzabed.com you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and apply in conjunction with our Bonus Policy, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules published on forzabed.com. Definitions

Account Registration

Eligibility and Location Requirements

  • Age and capacity: You may only open an Account if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland (as applicable).

Creating an Account

  • Registration process: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on forzabed.com, providing your full name, date of birth, residential address in the United Kingdom, email address, mobile number, and any other details requested.
  • Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address and/or mobile phone number by following the instructions sent to you. Your Account may remain restricted until such verification is successfully completed.
  • Accuracy of information: You warrant that all information you provide is true, complete and accurate and that you will promptly update it in your Account profile if it changes. We may request evidence of any information you provide.

KYC, Verification and Source of Wealth

  • Electronic checks: Upon or shortly after registration, we will attempt to verify your identity and age using electronic databases, as required by Applicable Law.
  • Manual verification: If electronic verification is unsuccessful or inconclusive, we will require you to upload identification and address documents via the secure portal described at https://forzabed.com/help/verification. Typically this includes a valid passport or UK driving licence and a recent utility bill (issued within the last 3 months).
  • Pre-deposit controls: Where required under Applicable Law and our policies, you may not be permitted to deposit or gamble until verification is complete. We may freeze or close Accounts that cannot be satisfactorily verified.
  • Source of wealth checks: In line with our anti-money laundering and affordability obligations, cumulative deposits of £2,000 or more (calculated from 2026 onwards on a rolling basis) will trigger enhanced checks, which may include a request for at least 3 months of bank statements or other proof of income or wealth. We may impose deposit limits, suspend withdrawals or suspend the Account until these checks are completed.

Account Security and Use

  • Credentials: You are responsible for keeping your username, password and any other security credentials confidential. You must not share your Account with any other person.
  • Single account: You may hold only one Account for the Forza Bet Coins Services on forzabed.com. We may close duplicate Accounts and, where appropriate, void bonuses and winnings associated with them.
  • Unauthorised access: You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials where you have failed to keep them secure.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Rules

  • Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed offered by you when it is submitted via the Site and accepted by us when it is confirmed on our servers. Only bets recorded on our systems are valid. In case of any discrepancy between your screen and our records, our records will prevail.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game or market has specific minimum and maximum stakes. These limits are displayed in the game window or bet slip and may change from time to time. Bets placed outside the permitted limits will be rejected.

  • No collusion or cheating: You must not collude with other players or use unfair strategies in any Game. Any attempt to cheat, exploit a bug, or gain an unfair advantage may lead to Account suspension, voided bets and confiscation of winnings.

Bet Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

  • Customer cancellations: Once a Bet has been accepted by our systems, you do not have the right to cancel it unless the Game rules explicitly allow this (for example, cash-out in certain betting products).
  • Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at materially incorrect odds, lines, game configurations or due to an obvious technical error (a "palpable error"), we may declare the Bet void or settle it at the correct terms that should reasonably have applied.
  • Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction of software, hardware, RNG or network (including misconfigured games), all affected Bets may be voided and stakes returned. We will not pay winnings that result from such malfunctions and may recover amounts credited in error.

Prohibited Use, Location and VPNs

  • Location integrity: You must not gamble with us if you are outside Great Britain, even if you are a British resident. Our systems monitor IP addresses, device identifiers and other signals to detect prohibited access.
  • VPNs and masking: Use of VPNs, proxies, TOR or any other IP-masking or geolocation-spoofing tools is prohibited. We may suspend or close Accounts, void Bets and confiscate winnings where we reasonably believe such tools have been used, consistent with our internal policies and Clause 4.2 of the official Terms on forzabed.com.
  • Robots and scripts: Automated systems, bots, scraping tools or software designed to interact with the Site without human intervention are not permitted. We may void Bets and close Accounts that use such tools.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation and Eligibility

  • Separate bonus terms: Each Bonus or Promotion offered on forzabed.com is subject to these Terms and to specific rules published in the relevant offer, the Bonus Policy and promotional pages. By participating in a Promotion you accept all applicable conditions.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses are generally available only to registered, verified Users located in Great Britain who meet any offer-specific criteria (e.g. new customers, minimum deposit amount). Certain payment methods may be excluded from particular Promotions.
  • Activation: A Bonus may require you to opt in on the promotions page, enter a bonus code, or select the relevant offer in the cashier. Activation must occur within the time period stated in the offer.

Wagering Requirements and Time Limits

  • Wagering obligations: Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. For example, a deposit match bonus may require you to wager the sum of deposit plus bonus a stated number of times (e.g. 35x) within a specified period.
  • Contribution and game weighting: Different Games may contribute differently towards wagering. Prohibited Games, Actions and Combining Promotions

  • Prohibited play patterns: Certain betting patterns are considered abusive when using Bonus funds, for example, placing low-risk bets (such as covering most of the roulette table), delaying bonus rounds, or using "collect and hold" tactics designed to circumvent wagering rules. Such patterns are described in the Bonus Policy and may lead to confiscation of winnings.
  • Restricted games: Some Games may be excluded from Bonus wagering entirely or have limited contribution. The list of restricted games is set out in the Bonus Policy and may be updated from time to time.
  • Combining offers: Unless explicitly permitted, only one active welcome or deposit Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot generally be combined or stacked. Participation in a new Promotion may require completion or forfeiture of an existing Bonus.
  • Forza Coins and loyalty rewards: Forza Coins may be earned through gameplay or Promotions as described on the Site. They may be redeemable for bonuses, free spins or other rewards in the loyalty shop but cannot be redeemed directly for cash and do not constitute cryptocurrency. All Forza Coin redemptions are subject to the applicable bonus and wagering terms.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Crypto and digital assets: If we accept cryptocurrency or digital asset payments for Great Britain customers, such deposits will typically be converted into GBP at the prevailing rate via a regulated payment provider. We do not offer separate cryptocurrency gambling products under our UK licence, and any such payments are treated as funding in standard fiat currency.
  • Third-party payments: You must only use payment instruments that are registered in your own name. We may request proof of ownership and may reject or return payments where we reasonably suspect use of third-party accounts.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

  • Void bets and technical issues: Where Bets are voided due to error, cancellation of events, or technical malfunctions, stakes will normally be returned to your Account. If a Bonus stake is voided, the Bonus amount may be returned or removed in accordance with the relevant Promotion rules.
  • Chargebacks: You must not make or attempt chargebacks or otherwise reverse a valid payment. If a chargeback or reversal occurs, we may suspend or close your Account, recover the amount of the chargeback and any associated costs, and void related Bets and winnings.
  • Negative balances: If, for any reason, your Account shows a negative balance, you must immediately deposit sufficient funds to restore a zero or positive balance. We reserve the right to offset any future deposits or winnings against the negative balance.

Limitation of Liability

Our Obligations

Intellectual Property Rights

Changes to Terms

Termination & Suspension

Our Rights to Suspend or Close Your Account

  • Regulatory and risk reasons: We may suspend, restrict or close your Account where required by Applicable Law, by the Gambling Commission, or for AML, KYC, fraud prevention, affordability or safer-gambling reasons. Effects of Suspension or Closure
